I agree mate.....It's the first time Wolfsburg have rejected to answer questions about De bruyne and then the rumour he doesnt want to play Friday......I think whatever happens, its going to be sorted before Friday...either Wolfsburg talk with De Bruyne and he agrees to stay this season with an increase salary with a release clause in his contract for 2016 or Wolfsburg come out and confirm they've agreed a fee with us....still not sure which way its going to go but think its going to be sorted before their game on Friday...

Nobody submits a transfer request in Germany, it is not the done thing. KDB has, by all accounts, made his feelings clear to Wolfsburg but they continue to stall

But you're not him, and you're putting your own agenda into it and deciding he's doing wrong, ignoring all the cultural differences and circumstances. You're allowed an opinion, but then don't make an unfair assumption that's he's not doing all he can that's reasonably fair based on what you, a city fan, would do in this instance.

The poor kid wants to join us but he's held prisoner by Wolfsburger, I don't know the rules in Germany but can't you submit a transfer request? I know his agent said that he won't submit one,but maybe because he can't?

Fair point but I didn't mean it that way I just worded it differently. What I was trying to say was if he did want to come he'd do whatever it takes. Look at sterling. He clearly wanted to leave hence why he didn't go training etc. Look at stones. Recently he's just handed in a transfer request.

Just been reading on newsnow mancity and theres an article from Goal (not sure if can be trusted). Sorry if already been posted but apparently KDB was waiting to board plane to manchester last week but never got go ahead from Wolfsburg which I think fits in with what Ric had said. IMo the club are just trying to wait till we panic and therefore squeeze a bit more out of us.
