They're running with this first thing to counteract the positive vibe our performance created last night. ;)

Really though, I think Ric and Tolmie were a bit wide of the mark with this one. Still quite a bit of negotiating to be done still and I don't believe there has been a 'delay' as such. Likely agreed on the player side though.

Of course I'm guessing, I don't work for MCFC or Wolfsberg.

My analysis of the situation is that this has another bump in the road or so before it's done.
 
I believe he will be signing for us very shortly, everything points to that now from agent comments to various media sources. I'll be shocked if he plays against Chelsea on Sunday though.
 
I think if De Bruyne is ready to ask Wolfsburg for a move, as reported, it will happen very quickly - Wolfsburg have more or less made that clear all along that their stance will change if the player wants to go.
