Most business is done privately, hence why Everton are so pissed off with Chelsea about Stones - they told him he wasn't for sale, and then Chelsea made public their bids, to try and generate some public discussion and turn the kid's head.

I mean Klaus Allofs, Patric de Koster and de Bruyne himself all babbling away like a bunch of 14 year old school-girls .. will he?, won't she, she didn't did she? I never said that! The fact that our club have stayed stumm is what i would expect because of the gutter press in the UK, but its normal on the continent for it to be acknowledged when a club shows an interest in a particular player. And normal for the player to say he's tempted. Only when we're involved it takes a couple or weeks to get to that stage. Anyway, totally happy if he's coming that's the main thing.Cheers
