De Bruyne's assist to Aguëro v Palace

I believe you'd be wrong, as I've seen Kolarov and Navas on multiple occasions try to force it into the space. It's an intelligent pass because its so simple, and because it trusts the other player to see the play.
My thoughts exactly, I didn't want to mention any names, but Navas is the obvious one to miss out on a pass like that.
To make it look simple is the most difficult thing in football.

I still can't get over his headed "assist" for Aguero away at Watford. It didn't actually lead to a goal, but it's an incredible bit of skill regardless.

That was just unbelievable. I think Sergio on form would have hit it earlier and buried it.

That pass is just as difficult as Negredo's against Fulham

Silva rightly deserves all the credit for the goal for allowing Aguero to score in that case.
I might start a thread...
"All the credit" is a bit ridiculous, if Yaya doesn't pass to KDB, if KDB doesn't pass to Sergio, if Sergio doesn't burry it ...
Excellent play by Silva of course, but I was just talking about KDB decision making here.

Nah, you reading my post as a serious one is ridiculous.

KDB is still sucking in a lot of games. Pelle should rotate him more and give him some rest. I would play him, fully rested, in the champions league.
If you get first or second, third in the premier league ... who gives a fuck, it's the champions league that you want to win as a player.

Not sure about this particular pass and KDB's role in it but these simple tap-ins are always my favourite goals. I know there's something exciting about a 25 yard drive that screams into the roof of the net and such goals will always win "Goal of the Month", but there's something beautifully poetic about a quick, intricate passing move involving several of our players and culminating in an open goal. If there's a defender being left floundering and flat on his arse, that's the icing on the cake for me. It's like bullfighting without the cruelty.
