De Jong to rags?

Left us so cheap...

3m pounds for him maybe from Milan. People said its because he had only one year of his contract.

Now a move is on the cards for around 6-8m pounds. And he is in the last year of his contract at Milan. (Signed in 2012 summer for 3 years contract.)

Also he is 2 years older now. Yet they are maybe getting 2-3 times more than we got for him.

It's about wages. We couldn't get rid of anyone without taking huge fee cut as all players were on obscene and overpaid wages.

He's a pro and will go where he gets the best deal and I can't blame any player for that, but if he ever goes to the swamp then he'd better keep his gob shut. The moment he speaks about joining 'the biggest club in the world', then all respect he ever had will evaporate.

They can bang on about being the biggest club in the world all they like as far as I am concerned, we all know a club that labels itself as such, shouldn't be finishing 7th.

It's all a smokescreen.

City and yoonited's roles in English football have completely reversed.

Long may it continue.

Ogden says Vidal is their main target and De Jong a contingency plan. Now I like Nigel but if this is the scenario, I hope to see him in red next week as Vidal is three times the player he is.

He may struggle this time around in the Premier League if he did sign for them. It is looking like injuries are catching him up.

He'll have no choice, its in their contracts when they sign.

It's funny because it's true.
