Just reading through what he has said seems to be recycled from here to be honest nothing more than what Danamy said earlier, so we know there is a rumour going around and not just in this forum

Saw that ndj-Milan story from football Italia appear on newsnow at 5.20 this aft

But De Rossi wasn't mentioned re this, was he?

I know Mancini hinted at not giving up in his press conf and De Rossi's lingo of "if I were to ever leave " in his press conf and not categorically stating NO to us, but you have to admit if there was even a chance of this, the Italian media would be all over this like white on rice!

There's not even a sniff out there of De Rossi unless we see some surprise explosion of stories tomorrow or on Friday morning.

Not quite correct - Danamy, who is probably the most trusted ITK currently, stated (quite a few hours and pages ago) that we were still giving it a go. This is what caused the further revival of the thread.

Danamy also said that some people told him Walcott was a goer, sometimes his sources can be completely wrong.

You say that though but remember when all the talk of him coming here before the press conference? There was not even a sniff from the English media, we had to rely on stories from all the Italian papers yet it was probably one of the biggest transfer stories of the Summer in world football!

The English media only got hold of it when De Rossi said his bit in his press conference.

Now the English media are putting in stories regarding Mancini still interested in De Rossi whilst the Italian media is keeping its mouth shut on Mancini's recent comments.

I'm keeping faith in Mancini's comments which to me says that he is not giving up on him.
