Just posted this earlier,in case you ain`t seen it this is my take on it for what its worth.
I googled and found he`s a well known presenter etc and I wouldn`t think for one moment that he would say something about e-mails,fees etc had he not got his ear to the ground.
After reading that the Meeting with Khaldoon,Marwood and Bobby seems to have gone well,perhaps Booby had ruffled a few feathers and this came about.

This is what happend last year with Aguero. Perhaps we are playing the media like the rest of them. It Teaches me not to doubt the club even if we don't sign De Rossi.

If you think back to the Khaldoon interview after the season ended,I remember him saying that "we do our business quietly"
We can but hope this is what he meant.
