Agreed ......De Rossi over RVP anyday of the week ........if we get DDR and we play a back 3 of DDR, Komps and Lescott RVP wont get a look in at the derby ....and if we play a back 4 and DDR is in midfield then Carrick better be on his game :)

One of the best in the world in his position. Can defend and attack brilliantly and he's a true leader. IMO he's the best possible signing we could make this summer outside of Messi/Ronaldo (not realistic anyway)
Thanks, I haven't really been into Italian footy so I don't really know who is good etc. Therefore, I have to read about DDR on here and believe what is written. Another Italian player I have been impressed with is Maggio at Napoli, would suit our 352 system, only seen him a couple of times but has impressed
