I don't think it will be as bad as we fear. Just a hunch on the way he seemed to be walking all round Wembley with no serious discomfort and also because it might be in our interest to exaggerate the severity until the german window closes

Wanting to go and choosing to go if given the opportunity aren’t the same.players that want to leave will ask and agitate. My guess is Sane is relatively happy with us, but if Bayern had made an acceptable offer and he was given a choice he’d have chosen Bayern
Its really not that hard to work out is it ? He's obviously flattered by what bayern were offering (who wouldn't be), but they didn't actually bother putting a bid in, and he didn't want to rock a boat that he was comfortable in, so he hasn't asked to go. What his reps were doing was obviously with his knowledge, but he still didn't want to rock the boat, that's quite mature really. He's now a bit between a rock and hard place, but hopefully bayern will show their true colours, and he'll see that we are a better place to be.

I don't believe they have been 'in town' I think they are just causing trouble with no intention whatsoever of bidding.

They are trying to unsettle him, to put in a transfer request imo.

This injury, may have helped them as he may go into his last year, still not knowing where he stands.
They were certainly trying to unsettle him, they'll do nothing now though, and he has a better offer on the table than "nothing", his advisors should be saying take the deal on offer, if not they're poor advisors imho.

This all day long.
The deal City have offered him is probably as good as any will offer him post ACL injury.
It depends on how much he wants to gamble I guess....
There is nothing to stop him signing the deal and pursuing a move or being pursued 12 months from now. If I was city any contract will need some safeguards (release clause, links to appearances etc).

Now, that would be funny, but judging by pep’s press conference today 7 months is closer to the mark.

I would love that, but Pep doesn’t seem to have the slightest interest in mind games so I’m inclined to take him at his word.

ACL isn't an injury, it's a ligament there are varying degrees of injury to it, all have different recovery times. Wasn't KDB 's first one a couple of years ago about 12 weeks.
Sadly not the way of things with ACL. Partial or full tear, for professional footballer treatment the same, reconstruction and minimum 6-7 months out.
Kevin never did his ACL, medial or lateral collateral ligament, entirely different thing.
