maybe, but lets hope its not a cut your nose off to spite your face

Exactly. Look over the road.

They took Pogba back, but it has largely been a dismal second spell, mainly due to the antics of both himself and his agent.

If Sancho was to come back, could he be an angel or a disruptive influence? I'd like to think that Pep's legacy would not be determined by the potential return of one player.

I'd be very surprised if Pep were prepared to take Sancho back. He had his chance and walked out on it

Well, tbf, we don't know what was said when he left - Pep would have been honest about his chances of first team placement, and Jadon may have just wanted first team experience - i don't know, i'm just thinking aloud, but they could have parted on good terms with Pep saying get some game time and we'll see where we are in a few seasons....

He would have struggled for first team games at City - and a young player needs to play, so allowing him that freedom and leaving a door open for him seems a workable solution for both parties - and i think the sell on clause emphasises that City have an option for bringing him back.

I will be gutted when he leaves, a great player to watch when he is on the ball and in form, BUT he will leave under a cloud of his own making.

I understand the lure of playing for Bayern as a German national, but have always believed honesty is the best policy.

Leroy and his agents have NOT been honest to Manchester City FC.
Unless you are at the club you can't possibly know who has said what to whom

As expected, looks like Bayern won’t be moving for him this summer:

If they expect us to nurse him back to health whilst paying his wages and them get him at a knock down price they wil be disappointed, they will still have to pay very near to what we wanted

Apologies to those who are itk , but is describing Sancho as " world class " and worth £100m+ examples of the level of hyperbole which exists in the media and is then repeated on this forum ?

I don't watch German football and have only seen a few examples of his game , but I find some of the claims a bit hard to accept.

He has obviously done well by moving and has raised his profile , and Pep clearly wanted him at City , but is he at the stage where it is genuinely deserved ?

Sorry mods if this should be moved .

He’s more of talent than Sane was when he was playing for Schalke.
