At City, we have KDB, Bernardo, David Silva, Rodri, Fernandinho, Sterling, Aguero, Mahrez. These players carry the team. Sane adorns it. He complements it.

At Bayern they will rely on him a lot. Is he ready for this? He is not at the level yet that Robben was, or Ribery was when they went there, and Bayern are not at that level either. They have some star players left, but players like Muller and Boateng are finished. This is a team that would expect Sane to lift them.

I would not want that responsibility if I was Leroy Sane. It is much easier to develop at Manchester City. You will get rich at Bayern, but you will feel pressure. Sign a contract at Manchester City, get rich here, and enjoy your football.

I'm convinced his form dropped last season because he was well aware of Bayern's obsession with him and their need for a new poster boy. The notion that his mum is battling his missus over the move sounds totally fabricated to me. He wants to be the Mbappe of the team and I expect he will get his wish...imo.....

And people need to wake up about his not being at the level of Bernardo or Sterling.

He's a completely different player to Bernardo, who is better, granted. But even Bernardo cannot do what Sané can do. Sané is a better player than Sterling. He's faster, more agile, more skilful, better crosser, a better natural finisher and better ball striker.

Yes he is less consistent, but what do people expect when he's brought on on 90 minutes occasionally, instead of starting week in, week out.

More wrong than true. Pep wouldn't start a worse player and harm the team because he happens to dislike Sane or something. A competitor like Pep doesn't make such mistakes.

De Bruyne said in an interview that Sterling is faster than Sane over 20-30 yards which we should know anyway. And he is better at keeping possession than Leroy. Also he is more likely to make a run for a tap-in, etc.

Personally, I happen(ed) to like Sane more than Sterling but Pep has helped me realise that Raheem is the better player now, more reliable and also more willing to put in a shift.

so what your saying is his attitude is wank, because if he's faster, more agile, more skilful, better crosser, a better natural finisher and better ball striker he should be playing all the time ? but he isn't, so his attitude stinks then ?, well if that's the case lets fuck him off ?

Robinho could not carry Manchester City, and Leroy Sane is not ready to carry Bayern Munich. They are often compared to the Manchester United of Germany. At the moment that comparison is very apt indeed.

I would like Sane to stay at City because of what I know he is capable of. I think he would be far better off as a footballer staying at a club that is blessed with great players throughout their side.

Bayern Munich are at a different stage in their development. They are rebuilding a side that is over the hill. They have to start again. Is Sane ready?

Sterling is 24 mate.
Yes and has progressed matured and probably just about reached his potential. Sane is 23 and we are still talking about his potential he should have moved beyond that like Sterling has and as 24 year old Bernardo has,Thats why this is a big season for Sane with or without us. He's not a kid anymore.

I would of thought if we were letting him go there would have been interested in him from somewhere else but it is just a one horse race. Have other clubs been warned off by BM ?
He's a German pin-up boy, worth a lot more to them than anyone else.

I reckon Pep attempted to further develop Sane and felt he had failed last season and knew all along Bayern were tapping him up (destabilising his progress) probably before the season even started. Pep had to keep saying he wanted him to stay as the asset is so valuable
He knew a Bayern offer was coming and yet had no replacement in mind...
Brilliant game play from Txiki and co

Agree on Sane but I think Raz can get even better.
