If he was better then he wouldn’t be on the bench.
I'm not so sure about that mate.

Ibrahimovic was a great player and Pep shipped him out without flinching. And then there's the matter of whether Sané's style of play fits what Pep is after.

There's a bunch of reasons why he might be benched, other than lack of talent.

He is not on the market,we have NOT put him up for sale, why do you think we are fighting to keep him,Real have just brought hazard and barca have neymar and psg mbop even if he was on the market which he isn't,it's not unwise for a german player to be lured back home to be the star player,it's not difficult to understand is it?
He clearly is, Txixi was reported to have told Pep that the new contract won't be signed, if that's true he is on the market.

But perhaps he doesn't demonstrate consistently what Bernardo and Sterling can do ?

If he did, then I suspect that he would be in Pep's line-ups regularly, and not brought on for minutes at the end of the game. Only my opinion but I don't believe that Pep would ignore the player if he was doing what he wanted, either in training or on the pitch.

There is a reason for this treatment Sane gets from the manager.
Agreed - as per my post above.

So why have Munich reportedly offered him double the salary City have offered him then?
Is that not what you do to tempt somebody to leave a job they are happy at?
Hardly works if you say come across to us and we will pay you the same.
Of course a huge pinch of salt required to believe they have offered a contract already tbh.
Only one thing I believe in a newspaper nowadays and that is the date and even then it is best to double check.

Because they are desperate to get him,a team on the decline spending big like the rags do,we have a pay structure,we have offered him £170k a week now
But if money wasn’t a factor and he just wants more playing time and to move back to Germany then they wouldn’t need to.

LOL they are in need of an almost total rebuild, it will 2-3 years before Bayern are back at the top table

Because from a footballing point of view, they need a wide man (we have 2-3 options), and from a marketing point of view, he could be their Beckham.
