Always had the feeling that he's found it hard going here in England, personally that is. Reckon he'll be happier back home and that's why he's most probably off.
I mentioned Kroos with a reason. He is one of endemic kind of German players who was not blinded by Bayern status there and decided to prove himself at bigger club. And made a great decision.
Good post I think. That's how I see it as well.Sane is real dynamic and direct. He is probably the best at finishing on a break for us. I think the problem with him that Pep didn't like was that he had trouble holding on to the ball. When the right sided CB pinged the ball to him he had trouble picking it out of the air and holding on to it. The ball would either go out of bounds or he'd lose it. It probably frustrated Pep.
Pep also probably realizes that when Sane was in the team, only a handful of teams will press high. Teams don't want him getting behind. More and more teams have been dropping off and playing with a back 5 and just try to counter. I think he figures he can find other players and other ways to play.
You've clearly interpreted whatever I said in completely the wrong way because I'm in complete agreement with you on Pep; I think he's doing everything he knows to try and get the best out of Sane, that's just what Pep does, that's what he loves to do.
It's all hypothetical but as Sterling has seemingly taken it all onboard and improved beyond what I think any of us could ever have imagined, Sane hasn't necessarily seen Pep's tough love in the same way. We don't know how much of an impact getting left out of the Germany squad had for example, he may well blame Pep for that or he may just think he's not good enough to win a place in the team, so might as well leave and try his luck elsewhere. We just don't know, it's all guesswork but I certainly don't blame Pep and until we have more facts (which we may never get) it's impossible to blame Sane as far as I'm concerned.

It's indicative of our society, some people always need someone/something to blame to vent their personal anger and frustration towards.Exactly, people look for blame but often both parties have valid reasons for the decisions they made.
If Same does leave part of the decision-process would probably be moving closer to family with a new born child, back in a society he grew up in and possibly a lack of playing time under Pep may have convinced. All valid reasons but does not mean Pep is to blame or Sane for that matter. You make decisions for your own personal situation, Sane for himself, and Pep for Manchester City.

That is very true, every thing in life now is broken down into for and against, good or bad, right or wrong, but life is a lot more complex than that. Sane will make the best decision for himself, it does not necessarily equate to being lazy, greedy, lacking ambition, desire just a combination of reasons why he thinks moving on his best for him.
