I've been on a gameshow recently, Sell Me The Answer on Sky One. It was a good laugh, didnt win a penny though. ONly took a couple of hours to film but I met a lot of people there who'd been on Deal or No Deal, think you have to make yourself available for 3 weeks filming or something daft like that. Worth it though if you come home with a couple of grand in your back pocket.

my dad was on it, won 30k just before the recession (lol he bought a rover). he got offered a lot more next round though =(. he said it basiclly was 2 weeks free board in the birstol marriott
