Drug dealers are obviously conducting illegal activies. If there were no drugs about, a lot of problems would be solved. Not saying anything would mean it'd carry on. Talking to the dealer and asking him to stop will mean he'll just do it somewhere else.
Ring Crimestoppers. Or maybe just post a letter to the local police station, leaving the address, say what's going on and ask them to investigate.
The police won't start off by raiding the joint. They'll keep an eye on the place for a while, gather evidence, take pictures etc. No doubt some of the registration numbers or the faces of people going in will match up with known drug takers. Once they have enough evidence and suspicion that's when they'll go in.
They'll do it properly, in a way that it can't be traced by back to you. Because the coppers could have found the house by following a regular user to the house. I think the police are good at this sort of stuff, instead of the stuff like policing football matches in Stoke!
