Dear Mike Dean

Ah but the FArce have it both ways. Provoking to do wrong would include entering the field of play which I understand is a criminal offence.

I still maintain that players should not be sent off for technical offences - kicking the ball away, time-wasting, swinging yer shirt over yer head when yer've just scored a goal that denies The Swamp Donkeys a title, overcelebrating. Red cards should be reserved for the kind of tackle that Dean missed, and other assorted violence on opposition players. So much did he miss it that we never even got the free kick!

A sin bin should be the appropriate punishment, and if a player continues to transgress after spending ten mins in the sin bin, then he can fuck off for an early bath!
If only we had sin bin for the siffleur. :-)

Most refereeing performances are untouchable. They have it every which way! If players have a genuine point to make about an appallingly incorrect decision or where no decision is made (Jesus receiving that tackle on Saturday!) they get a yellow card which the FArce and PL have made sure is unappealable! They have the option of avoiding clear but contentious (contentious to the hordes within the RDAHMeedyaAxis) decisions (Bottler Oliver is the clearest example of not making decisions) and it then it is seen within the warmth and well-remunerated walls of a TV studio as 'strong refereeing! And then if the effluent begins to hit the twirling ceiling apparatus they might be offered the opportunity to 'amend' their report! Since, during, and a little before our last title win we have seen it all at The Etihad, let alone on the road!

The referee's report is nothing other than a collusion of loose truthes and complete fiction. The PiGMOLs lack of transparency only serves to fuel rumours of corruption. It is clear for all to see that some games are played on a far from level playing field. Anyone who may suggest an unlevel playing field is either met with a stony silence or handed a huge fine (Sagnes 10 v 12 comment as an example), as the referee's report is taken as a true record of events. The punishment appeal process is also a joke. It is carried out by anonymous individuals who only answer to their paymasters.
