Wheres he gonna play realistically with (if they both sign) all those players (Rodri/Kovacic/Rice/KDB) here…. Plus Stones in this system slots in there. I just don't see him getting the game time….

I am not suggesting keeping Phillips once we do sign Rice but usually we give our new signings another crack if they normally don't click straight away. Hopefully this one would be more successful one especially we now have lost Gundogan.
