Unless Club or Pep push Plillips out of door he is not going to leave at least for one more season then we will see.
And why would he leave? To play more? He could go to some others teams and play every game, this season he would play more if he didnt had injury.
Him leaving now to any other club in downgrade and everyone would say he is flop, he say how difficult is do learn City way of playing Grealish struggle first season and some others did to.
I don't think he didn't know or realized how much he needed to be ready for this City level mentally and physically.
At this club expectations are high you need to be ready at any moment and if you not someone else is and is going to take your place.
If he doesn't give 110% of himself this season to be part of a team, it could be over his City career by january.
