Kind of left the offer as a your move Arsenal that then gets into bidding war territory something we don’t normally enter.

Yes I’d imagine so, I think City likely knew this was getting rejected. Watch what Arsenal do, City then offer better terms and hopefully get it done.

However, if I look at how much he would strengthen that Arsenal midfield... I'd be happy for us to stop them improving by buying him.
