I'd like to think Savinho and Bobb could play those inside forward roles. Certainly Savinho since he's moved to the left has shown he's more than a 'chalk on his boots' winger and some of his best work has come drifting inside from the flank, namely his throughball to the big fella against West Ham. Not as convinced about Doku on the other hand.

Tchouameni’s role has been dumbed down at Real from what it was at Monaco. In France he showed a lot of technical ability in the final third, as well as being a physical box to box beast with pace.

I honestly believe he'd be the perfect compliment to Rodders, whilst also being able to rotate with him. There were reports of Real saying internally that a bid of £80m would be enough to start negotiations for his transfer.

With other reports saying Real fans are turning on him, we could potentially offer him a top class route out of his misery. The issue is the lure of playing for Madrid is strong with him.

When his Monaco transfer was in the offing, he made it perfectly clear it was only ever going to be Real, hence other clubs not even bothering to compete for his signature.

He's being played everywhere apart from his specialist position, but he's got some of the world's best ahead of him for the central berth at the Bernabeu.

With talk of Brighton wanting Caicedo money for Beleba, £80m (or there abouts) for Tchouameni is a no brainer imo...

Same as he was here. very tidy looking midfielder with an eye for a pass. Was settling fast, just got back into the team this weekend, was very good against Atlanta.

Doku's camp quickly came out & rubbished the Spanish press claims, saying there was absolutely no foundation to the tale.

Sounds like Barça pulling their usual stunt of trying to unsettle players through their media shills...

I know - it was aimed more at how out of touch the bbc are (have been for at least a decade - and not just where football is concerned)

We haven't bought anyone for 5 days, so just like many others they're trying to fill the column inches with speculation & utter unfounded shite...
 
Anguissa has only got 6 months left and has turned into a very good player. Cons are that we don't like to deal with Napoli and he might want to stay and win the scudetto.

My hope, is that while we have seen Bobb play on the wing last season, he has the potential to be a player like that for us, we have plenty of wingers.

Yeah, i noticed that too. We seem to be lacking glue players. I hope Bobb can become that too. Its why I preferred Wirtz to Musialla even though I think Musialla might be a greater individual talented. Wirtz seemed more of a glue player than Mussy

Foden was always that player. He was never gonna be a silva.

I share that concern. Would be great to have a player like Pedri.
