I think it would be great to have Defoe at City, always found him to be a real solid player. But agreed, losing Bellamy would be a major loss, and I'd settle for letting Spurs have Santa Cruz.

Defoe does sound appealing, while Ade and Tevez both like to roam Defoe will stay central keeping defenders occupied. I think he would form a good partnership with both.

Although Bellers has been brilliant for us this season, he's not getting any younger and due a bad injury going off his record.

I think Defoe would offer us something slightly different to our other strikers, he's a natural goal scorer and we need more than just one (Tevez) when we qualify for Europe.
