If Spurs sign Dembele for £15M and still have the same amount left over from the Modric sale, then that's great business. Improved their team and made a profit.

To suggest Dembele is better than Modric is slightly OTT.

Modric is the most over-rated player in the world, If he played for Wigan or someone not in the media spotlight he would be rated average.
