Demichelis, Lescott or Nasty?

pretty much this... but I would elect to opt for demichilis for a few more games just until nasty has a little more game time...

however, would use demichelis in the champs league games and some big PL games. He plays a good line and defends high which is needed against the big teams

Nastasic by far. The best defender of the three and much, much better on the ball than Lescott. Demichelis uses the ball well but his defensive frailties put him well behind Nastasic for me.

Nastasic this season has been nothing but a defensive frailty. Yes he's young and yes he reeks of potential but that shouldn't make him immune from criticism, wether It's down to injury or just not fully getting to grips with the system he hasn't been a shadow of last season's player.
The defense has a greater workload and a hell of a lot more responsibility on it's shoulders, it's not really that surprising that a 20 yr old defender with only 2 full seasons under his professional career belt is finding the going a bit tough.
Should be eased back gently for me.

For most of the away games I would go for Demichelis. however when we come up against the bigger teams Lescott has to play. All the CB'S have to be given some game time, so it will have to be horses for courses until the end of the season. I really do think that Lescott will move on at the ned of the season probably back to Everton on a free.

Nastasić is calm in possession, rarely gives it away at all, is good in the air and getting physically stronger all the time. He played really well with Kompany and both have the right balance with each other. They work as a proper pair, moving forward and back as a defensive line perfectly. He's going to be a fantastic player, maybe a future captain of this club.

Lescott was a really good player for us. But, like Kolo, his best years are behind him now. He's actually the best proper defender at the club and does have a good understanding with Kompany with the defensive line. He looks nervous as hell in the ball though.

Dimichelis is calm in possession, a good footballer. But he has runs back or forward (the opposite to the other three in the back four) far too often, causing us problems. Goals conceded and points lost have come directly from him doing this. He seems to have an absolute clanger in him in every game too and I think I my Mam is stronger than him.

Nastasić is by far the best of the three. It's actually blatantly obvious.

Lescott for me too. Nasty is the worst passer in the team IMO and Demichellis is a bit rash. For a tough away game I'd go with steady Lessy.

Are you kidding?

Lescott is the worst by a country mile.

Football is so awesome it amazes me how people watching the same players week in week out can have such a varied opinion. Love it!
