It isn't his fault - he's been hung out to dry.

Any other manager would at least drop the line and play deeper to accommodate the fact he has no pace ..: not ours.

His pace isn't the only issue though is it? He charged out of the backline and completely missed the ball giving them the space for their goal, his passing was atrocious and resulted in the injury of our number 1 goalkeeper and could have easily given them a penalty. I don't know why people are so desperate to defend him. Yes Pellegrini should have never picked him but after that his performance was all his doing and he was shit.

We could of signed Alderweireld, but we opted for a 32 year old CB instead.....
