Can't say that we weren't expecting this after Otamendi signed, but it sounds like he's going to be leaving permanently, not just on loan.

Disappointing - of the three promoted youths, Denayer was the one I thought most likely to get serious gametime.

Very disappointing if true. Hoping for a loan but it does indeed look like a permanent deal. Whilst we have shed loads of money knocking around, our youth will never get a look in. Sad but true.
