Looks like the player we need. You Tube can make Gai Assulin look better than Messi so I’m not getting to carried away. Is he in the remaining year of his contract as 40 million sounds a bit cheap?

Has the pace to stop counters and nice dribbling to bring the ball from back too..

His contract ends in 2022. And he also had a knee injury since March that he has not recovered from which might also lower his value

Doyle replaces Gundo easily and Zakaria replaces Dinho, Rodri has a game here and there.

Rodri i supposted to be the new Sergio Busquets, that fits well into Peps system. Fernandinho another type of player but.Could have swore Rodri was supposed to be that..either way seems to be a good buy at 40 for his reputation

If I could pick one player in the World to make the biggest positive impact immediately this would be the guy.
I would sign Zakaria and Werner. We have missed the boat on Werner unfortunately, though I understand we tried.
Messi and Haland are bigger names obviously but it's horses for courses. Zakaria would settle everything down allowing us to attack and defend with confidence.
Like everyone else I'm wondering about his injury though. What is it specifically? Is it a knee ligament?
Ndidi at Leicester would be the next best option but he would cost more and not quite as good.

The injury is key obviously, but assuming that's fixed, irrespective if his defensive skill, he would actually have caused Sheff Utd more problems today going forward, than Mahrez did, even playing centre mid with Rodri.

True, but I mean we could actually put Torres right striker, Sterling left striker, KDB Bernardo free role & the team would have more danger going forward with Zakaria & yet be more solid still defensively.

I saw reports that Barca may fancy Garcia again in Jan so perhaps that frees up a slot.Heard a rumour, though as ever take it with a pinch of salt, that this is true and actually City might try for January. I don't anything about him. Can anyone tell me about him, maybe comparing him to aouor who would be a perfect Gundogan replacement.
