That is a Finland flag for sure and the gentleman on the left looks to have the accredited purple UEFA badge holder. Looks from today for sure.

I’m not posting this in any way to confirm anything, the picture might not even be from today. I’m posting this to raise some hopes and the mood… but just seen this on Instagram:

One of the guys in the shot is wearing a 2020 lanyard. Probably from today, plus finland flag as others have said.
