You got a source for those figures? I know a fair few white Brits who voted Green, including myself. The leaflets I got from the Greens concentrated more on local issues than anything else. As I’ve already told you, they campaigned on multiple issues that resonated with multiple demographics. Maybe you should listen to Hannah Spencer’s victory speech - you’ll find that she covered a multitude of issues.Right, but my argument is that it was the difference maker for them. The day before the election the polling suggested, by demographic, that white Brits were mostly voting Reform in the constituency, I think I saw 60% off the top of my head, and only 20% of white Brits were voting Green.
Gaza is a deciding electoral issue for a small minority of non Muslims. Reducing immigration ranks far far higher in all parts of the country but for a few pockets.
My point is the Greens tactics won’t work nationwide to win a general election.
Campaigning on Gaza alone won’t win a General Election, but neither will campaigning on immigration alone.
