I understand what you mean but that first website seems very legit and has a 100% guarantee of getting a match ticket. That could just be them lying but I don't see how they could do that unless it was actually guaranteed.

These are not just the odd fan who wants to sell a ticket.
The Club wants to encourage fans from abroad to come and watch us, particularly the far east.
They cannot directly offer tickets to these fans except hospitality ones, because they have no City card or for away game points history.
So would they use other means.
There is a company in Ireland. Celtic Horizons, which now claims to be an official City partner.
They were selling tickets for the home Derby last season and advising any United purchaser not to wear colours as they were in the City end.
Have a look at their website, no United tickets on there yet but there will be.
Plenty of Tottenham for a sold out game.
