Di Maria

God how I hate Real Madrid, they're a scum bag of a football club much like United but with much more power. They've dropped one signing Di Maria instead of Silva, I think he's all hype so far.

Barcelona are the example to follow in Spain, and we should be taking notes on how they have arrived at the top of world football.

I can't wait for the Champions League nights when we are smashing clubs like Real, hate them.

i dont understand your comments. as far as i can see one player has fallen (silva if all the rumours are to be believed) through so they have moved onto plan B.

£22 million sounds a bargin in the inflated market

-- Mon Jun 28, 2010 10:20 pm --

£22 million sounds a bargin in the inflated market

Interesting, they wanted 35 Million not so long ago. I think the deal will be worth closer to 30 Million.

Nah i'm happy about Silva (hopefully) coming here mate, just stating i'm not a big fan of Madrid and how they go about things, resemble United a lot in my eyes.

Indeed mate matter of time till we get a piece of silver.

I have watched di Maria closely in this world cup since i never seen him play before... cant say that i have been that impressed with what he has done so far... there is other players that has impressed me more... Ramirez, Bastos, Coentrao, Özil, Mueller, Khedira, Sanchez, Fernandez etc all has had better world cups than di Maria...

He's been pretty anonymous which is very poor considering Argentina's attacking nature that should really suit him

thats what i thought too... but maybe he is told to do a different role than he is used too... and by the way... there are so many players that has underperformed at the world cup so far... so its not really fair to judge their ability in one competition... but since this is the first time i had a chance to see him play thats all i can make a judgement on... still think based on my viewings that if we get Silva that we are getting the better deal...

what a bargin

25m a bargain for Di Maria? Mate he's been shit in this World Cup, and he was average v Red Dippers in the EL. Its all well and good shining in Portugal, but he hasn't done much elsewhere for Argie or in Europe. To think that Benfica wanted 36m for him is laughable.

this i have watched him every game he has played for argentina and he has been utter wank and has been outshone by the rest of the team . Has provided no width or creativity real can have him , extremely overrated in my opinion , AJ is better and so is silva and robinho
