Maybe he wants 3 other men in a boat to go looking for them so 6 in a boat need to look out for them, then 12 24 48 etc until the number matches those on board a navy vessel. This will be much easier to spot.

They then can all live at Bobs house until their close relatives who definately exist can come and collect them.

Yeah, the EU let anyone in from anywhere, no questions asked, Are you from Ghana, want to live in Poland? No sweat, turn right in Germany, Warsaw's nice, Krakow's very pretty. I don't know why I broke the rule, open border advocates
are thankfully, part of a extreme minority.

There's one about Boris Johnson, that attracts some right pinko fruitcakes, it's all part of the fun and banter.
