Just watched Moyes on Goals on Sunday talk about the Lescott transfer.
It seems pretty clear now that Moyes doesnt have an issue with City but he does have an issue with Hughes.
The suggestion then is that Hughes was talking to the player directly.
He says at the end of the chat that he thinks
"if you were to ask Garry Cook and Brian Marwood they would say that the way that it went on was poor and they didnt like they way it went on as well."
Add in the issues that we had trying to convince Terry, via Hughes to join are we now looking at a Board of Directors realising that Hughes was promising more than he could deliver and also going about things in a less than honourable way?
It does seem that Hughes tenure was on shaky ground due to transfers and possibly how the football community viewed City.
