Agreed and many of the same people saying we needed to win by 3 clear goals on here slagging Pell off.. The important thing is we beat arguably the best club team in the world with a scratch side in their own backyard.. Beggars belief how some City fans cannot be happy with that...!!!

There seems mass intimidation against anyone daring to suggest we made an error. It's a forum for discussing City matters not a police state. Lets be a little more tolerant?

I'm sure all City fans are incredibly proud the way we battled and came back against the best team in Europe.

However if we had got that extra goal it would have hugely helped this years CL campaign, ( and I believe with some luck we could win it!) and our PL campaign.

It's a lot less distraction playing Olympiakos than Barca.

Genuine question. Unless I missed something the thread seemed to go from talking about the gaff in the various ways it's been talked about, the PB saying something will be brought in to trip 'us' up. Didn't know if he meant us as in football in general seeing as we all play by the same rules, or us as in City. Curious is all. Do you know what he was on about?

No doubt next season there will be something else that comes along to trip us up

We did share the record for most points without qualifying (11) - but now Napoli (12) have that one all on their own. But fear not blues, we acquired another record for most points (15) and not finishing top of the group - one that cannot be beaten!
