After the Spuds quarter final i have reigned in my goal celebrations , i went ballistic when Sterling scored against Spuds only to feel like a tw*t afterwards , so i am a lot more subdued if we score a goal that "could" go to VAR. Just doesnt feel right waiting for a big screen to allow you to celebrate

Irrelevant but I've been to plenty of games. I take your point though it's easier to take when not in public. There will be many crowd shots this season to rip the piss out of. Everyone will get used to it and maybe the piss ripping/bants will add another element. Not sure if that's for the better though.

Why would you wait for VAR to celebrate a real time goal? Celebrate twice. So what if it's ruled out? You might feel a bit silly for a few seconds, it will happen to other teams too.
