Diego Simeone rejected a "huge" offer from Manchester City and several other European clubs and will sign a new contract with Atletico Madrid, according to Guillem Balague.

Wont be coming to City whilst Txiki is here but you have to applaud his passion and what he has done with Atletico.

I fear that if he ever went to another club he just wouldn't be able to replicate his achievements and style of play.

Someone will buy Reus in the summer, new contract just got rid of the release clause I reckon.
