any one now any good ones to look at, Im far from fat just wanna lose a bit of weight for hols!!

Also whats good to snack at ya desk at work think thats y I eat shit cause Im board at my desk anyone got any tips or out??
 
Breakfast bars, low cal & enough to get you through that hungry patch til luchtime. Or even dried fruit

I've just made a pact with myself not to eat another packet of crisps or piece of chocolate until August. 4 days in and all good. plus started putting splenda in my brews and skimmed milk. Now the days are a bit longer back out on my bike every day. I stopped smoking in October and am coming up to six months - put 1 1/4 stone on. need to shift 2 stone, will do it no probs. Try snackajacks or fruit at work -
 
cut out meat and potatoes from diet and replace with fish and rice/pasta/salad. Instead of drinking fizzy drinks, beer, coffee stick to water. Avoid snacking stick to 3 meals a day but if you do snack eat fruit ie Cereal for breakfast, bannana as snack, salad for lunch, rice and fish for tea. Dont eat after 7pm.
 
I stopped eating crisps a couple of years back, I replaced them with grapes. Tend to eat a banana buttie or some fruit as a snack in the moring at work, used to eat chicken butties and went through a stage of eating mackerel but it stank the office out and tases fucking awful

Don't cut out meat from your diet you will turn into pube. Not eating after 7PM is ridiculous but eating carbs after this time should be avoided. I agree with just drinking water and dropping potatoes - potatoes are a killer for gaining weight/fat
 
I did a calorie control diet basically counting calories in everything, it was a royal pain in the arse but i was losing 2-3lbs every week. Lost about a stone and a half then got bored, then it was christmas and now im back where i started lol.
 
Ive lost about 5 stone by calorie counting over 2 years on and off, I also changed my diet and stopped drinking fizzy drinks and by eating more fruit and Veg.

I read somewhere that if an adult male was to stay in bed all day and do nothing your body needs 1800 calories to operate, anything over accounts for the exercise you do during the day so if you reduce your calorie intake to closer to 2000 instead of 2500 you will drop weight.
