Diets & Snacking!!

Grapes are good for snacking, or plain oatcakes if you're strange like me and can eat such things. Or cut some pitta bread into strips, toast it and use them to dip in whatever dips you like (salsa or homous or something if you want to be healthy rather than cheesy, creamy ones)

concentrate less on grub and more on spelling and grammar. The pounds will fall off.

Thats about right, im not overweight really just wanted to get down to a more desirable weight, and doing this was effective but it does take dedication. But it also makes you realise just how many calories are in everyday foods, a portion of fish and chips for example is 2000 calories , thats your daily allowance! And even just a glass of pepsi 140cals. I cut out fizzy drink altogether too.

Yeah fizzy drinks waste alot of calories which can be spent on other areas, I drink mainly water and if I have a fizzy drink which is rare then I drink diet. Ive also stopped eating kebabs, I used to eat 1 or 2 a week. There was a program on the radio which apparently said the average calorie count for a donner is 2000 calories so imagine your daily intake after loads of beers etc. I believe a chicken kebab is less calories so maybe a better alternative.

I also heard about dont eat less than 3 hours before bed so your food has a chance to digest before you sleep but not sure if that is correct or not.

I imagine they would mate. I just don't think it's the best way to go about it as 7PM til breakfast is a long time for most people
 
sounds like you need two arseholes mate.

Alternatively, cut down on bread, don't eat crisps, only have diet coke instead of normal, take in more veg and fish, and when you feel peckish eat fruit.

I actually stop drinking from New Year to st Patrick's Day (March 17th) when I get right royally bladdered. I generally lose a bit of weight and save a few quid as well.
