Digital Flags?!?

The numbers should still total 100% though, shouldn't they? You can't have more than 100% of votes cast.

Not if it is a multiple response question.

Might be being thick, but how can the winning option, with 87% of 168%, work? It should be 52(ish)% of all votes cast.

Yes percentage wise the poll is a joke.

To get a percentage you total all votes cast then divide that figure into the amount for each option and multiply by a hundred to get a percentage.

Whoever is running that poll is no mathematician.

You're right. You are being thick.

It's because 87% (about 9 in 10) of respondents ticked that box, amongst others.

Imagine if everyone who'd done the survey had ticked all boxes.. Then each option would have a 100% response rate.

It's a perfectly legitimate way to analyse the data. Adding the percentages up in this case though is meaningless.

Surprised the live footage of match option is so low, only 41%. I don't like but thought more would have, be interesting to see if they stick with it. They'll probably end showing live footage of fans eventhought its only got 25% haha

Manchester City ruining polls since 2008.

Firstly, fair play to the club and its digital media team for trying something innovative, something new and something above all - for the fans, for inclusion etc.
The poll looks suspect, but work in progress will need feedback to the club to turn it around.

If the digital banner gives a stage to a new talent, who passes on something worthy of future cult status then fair play!

Around every corner is a new Poznan.

Walking past Manly Beach in Sydney today and had to do a serious double take.

Two flags flying on the flagpoles at Manly Surf Life Saving Club

First one to be expected - the Australia National Flag

Second one not so expected - Our "City Champions 2011/2012" flag

Someone from Tier 2 decided to reposition their flag?
