Foden and Garcia must start, so they won't.

Foden and Garcia probably will, but as I've posted above the "youth" need to win their Youth League game to even qualify, and that should take priority over the first team who've already won their group. If not the youngsters will have no european games after this, and they won't get any action in the last 16 of the CL so to give them further experience, they need to qualify first.
