Think Foden has to play this. Keep playing him in unimportant matches will not help him grow.
We have enough good players around him to help him grow into the match.

Rest David and Kevin for next weeks Premier league game.

Zinchenko needs to be tried as a DM with Mendy/Angelino being true LBs, this is a game to test that out.

Foden needs to play more important games other than cup games, and this is relatively low risk imo.

Could swap the youth CBs for Otamendi or Dinho but I think it shows great faith to give them minutes in a game like this.

yall do not know the football opportunities in the Balkan peninsula, Dinamo did win against Atalanta, but they are not the level of the club against which we have to choose our best players , and you all will see that

Pep didn't rest Kun. He started Gabby because Gabby can press better and helps the defence.

I'd play in attack Bernardo, Kun and Gabby on the left with Dave and Foden behind them.

I clearly remember that every time in the league we played with back 3 , we roast the opponent.
Mendy bombing the left , Cancelo to bomb right , seems like a good idea
