Well said, Billy,

I am getting sick of the Nasri knockers. Same goes for Dzeko. It's not opinion but merely unqualified abuse.

And I agree with OB1. Pellers can do what he can in training and pick the best team and squad that he can BUT, in the end, it's the belief and desire of the players that counts now. They have the ability to win the title. It's up to them now and all we can do is support them from both near and afar.

I sensed that they did believe it yesterday.

Been listening to Lescott on BeIN. He talked about the experience of winning it and the calmness of the squad. He said he's off in the summer and wants to leave with an FA Cup, League Cup and two League title medals. Sounds like belief to me.

It's Pellegrini's job to get the best out of the players. We know what these players are capable of , we know their potential, if they don't perform in these last three games, Pellegrini will have to take the blame.

Many of the players have been here before and so they have to take responsibility, Pellers can play his part but, with three games to play in a week or so, it surely has to be down to the team. That's all I'm saying. Over a season, yes, Pellers has to take his fair share of the blame/credit, but this is now down to the boots on the pitch. If MP needs to be motivating players now, then they should reconsider their careers. This could be a crowning moment for many of them. Their time is now.

I don't agree with that. Pellegrini first of all must get the formation and tactics right, then he must squeeze everything out of these players, if he can't do that, then this job is not for him. If you think that players motivate themselves, you're mistaken.

We are going to play 4 4 2 and the team will pick itself unless Silva is fit

Down to the players if with 3 games to go and a game of such huge importance that they cant get up for it then they aint the players we all think they are

pride, passion desire and work rate as a minimum

Loved his reaction to Yaya's goal. Nice to see some "emotion" from him. Proper positive reaction that I'm not sure I've seen from him before.

That's your fault then because I've witnessed many previous episodes of 'emotion' from the boss.
While on a theme......and not aimed at you.....the amateur psychologists on this forum need to stick to their day jobs.

I sense you are frustrated, your words convey a confused poster who is worried about letting the world down. Why don't you take a seat *right over there* and we can begin our first session

If we win the league it will be the most successful season in the history of the club.

I'm gonna be honest.

You sound like an utter bell.

He has made mistakes tbf but right now it´s out of his hands imo. All he really needs to do is exude calmness and a quiet belief and confidence. The players will have that sniff of 2012 all over again and now they know not just what´s required but how to handle it. I imagine they are wanting this very badly after one or two recent setbacks and the arrogance of some of our rivals.

The look on VK's face when he walked off Anfield told a story. I'm delighted for him and the players that another chance has turned up. Pellegrini is a master of calm! We have everything we need. Just hope the pegs fall into round holes.
