And lost to a fucking wank Aston Villa side, which is the more concerning aspect. What happens when we play Chelsea away or Spurs away and maybe play abysmal-Are we going to say oh well we played great at Villa....I'm with you on this one, people need to start realising that if we lose the next 2 aways we could be well and truly out of the title race.
No probs though hey because we played well at Villa.
There you are!

Listen you don't have to like what I post or agree with it,but bookmark this Joycee or whatever your name is...3 wins in 11 says it all, under Mancini or Pellegrini-It is fucking abysmal,200 million pounds worth of investment...For all the pretty passing we are about as clinical away from home as a surgeon with a plastic knife.
You keep happy clappini and I will just say it how I see it.
Did you see the poster (naming no names)who said it wasn't about winning trophies anymore!! It is about doing things right...WTF.
Saying it as you see it is all well and good, that's as long as you are fair with it. You have gone from one end of the spectrum to the other on Pellegrini and we're only 6 games into the season. Of course the Villa result was poor, there's no two ways about it but if the way this thread has gone so far is anything to go by, you will be on here telling us how much faith you have in him if we beat Bayern.
Let's just settle into the season before we hail him as the messiah or put him in the Alan Ball category. Everything is too rushed these days, a bit of patience doesn't hurt anyone, whilst wanting to judge prematurely can come back and bite you on the arse.

It is very difficult task for Pele since PL is much stronger then it was in last few years. Few teams become very strong with excellent players and managers. MU was trade mark in last 1-2 decades but at this point things seems to change. In few first games Arsenal is more then deserved on 1 spot and Ozil is way above other players. On international level MC deffinately has some space for better results. This year should finaly nail group phase of CL. It would be important that City plays international games every year since that is the only way to gain expirience and knowledge for next level. It is hard to expect from any PL team to fight for CL title since Bayern, Real, Borussia, Barcelona, PSG are dominating, however, never know. Surprises are possible.

Well said. Saturday was mostly about individuals ballsing up big time, something that luckily shouldn't happen too often with the overall quality of our team. I was as pissed off as anyone else on here but I don't think the defeat was down to the manager but rather, the result of some poor choices made on the pitch by certain individuals.

Many people criticized Mancini's away results and of course if all those thing that was said in the summer that Pellegrini is a better manager, better in man management, players enjoying playing for him, also that 90m spent by him to make the squad stronger than it was, we should be looking for better away record than what Mancini did.

Mancini did 33 points last season and 34 points in 2011-2012 away from home.

Pellegrini should be doing 35 at least. This and at least 50 points at home would give us 85 points at least and that could be enough in the end.

1 point out of possible 9 in 3 away games is not a good sign of we will be doing around 35 points in away games but we shouldnt aim less than that no reason for that...

And I'm not? I'm not happy that we're no longer shit? I don't enjoy seeing the likes of Silva, Yaya, Aguero, Kompany, et al in that blue shirt? I don't thank my lucky stars that we're no longer getting dicked by Stockport? I don't appreciate the fact that we've won the fa cup? The Premier League? That United fans can no longer rule the roost, and take the piss out of lickle City? I didn't celebrate winning the league with the hint of a tear in my eye? Give my rag acquaintances a shed load of grief after the 6-1? And so on. I questioned the mentality of some fellow blues that actually enjoyed watching a game we lost. To me that's a totally alien concept. It's nothing personal. I just don't get it.

Why are you getting so angry about it?

It's like this, the game has gone, done and dusted, kaput nothing we can do about, Roberto has gone he will never return now these are facts that are unchangeable.

What we don't know is how things are going to pan out, in this we have two choices either we crash and burn and win fuck all or we crack on from this moment onwards lessons learnt, now both opinions are equally valid, I don't have a clue, I have seen the sublime and the dam right crap from us this season, however I saw enough at Villa to know there was something different in the way we played and it was nice to watch.

Don't make the mistake of thing I am happy about the loss, I am not but I am prepared to look at it with a different perspective and cut a bit of slack.

And just to make this perfectly clear I supported Mancinie right to the end of his tenure with us, and I thought that perhaps he should have been given another season however what do I know, I make my living surveying buildings and drawing plans not running a football club with very high aspirations
Not angry ducado..just very fucking frustrated with our away form..why..because our shit away form puts our home form under huge pressure.one slip up at home whilst not picking wins up away adds to the pressure. Everton will be fired up on saturday no doubt. A win is a must..no excuses.
I praised the manager when he got it bang on against plzen and united..its not about the manager its about the players who can only be arsed in the so called big games.I will stand by it when I say the players rule the roost at our club..I just hope the boss can sort it.

But can you not see the overall improvement in our performance at Villa, it was stupid mistakes that cost us, there is no comparison with the Cardiff or Stoke games, where I admit we were very poor, we were also poor against Hull
