Could be drastically wrong here, but he wouldn't strike me as a great motivator. Seems too quiet to get palyers fired up. However, for better or worse (take your pick), I think he'll still be here next season. He's the powermakers' own man, not somebody they inherited like Mancini.

We haven't improved at all from last season in reality. Exactly the same problems exist.

This is what pisses me off the most. We've wasted 2 years that would have been used to solidify our entry into elitism. Now we are looking at another summer of building up again.

This. And his passiveness has cost us the sunderland game. HE IS NOT A WINNER. Real saw that and gave him the boot.
