Regardless of who we buy next season if he's still in charge our defence will be shit and it will be a repeat of this season

We conceded six more goals than Chelsea, who, had the best defensive record. We allowed 0.1 shots per game than the two teams that conceded fewest shots. But we did have the most clean sheets and you claim our defence is shit.

Our defence needs to improve but it is not shit: a relatively small improvement would see us have the best defence in the league.

He's here for another Year, like it or not and i'm not fucked about it, let's get behind the bloke, what happens next season is 12 Months off

Our defence has been poor all season. Mainly due to continually changing personnel till recently. Zaba jaded till Christmas, Kompany complete shite. YaYa often not bothering to defend. Mangala playing a continual set of games has suddenly looked good (he was brilliant today). All I can say is thank goodness for Joe Hart who has been outstanding when keeping the ball out if the net.

Great football manager, been a pleasure to have him at the club. Bad City manager and hoping he goes due to his problems with our philosophy.

Any club would be privileged to have a manager of his class to manager them, and if he does leave then I hope it will be with handshakes all around.

Philosophy???? No, you're not. You can't be. Surely not? Bloody hell, you had me fooled.

You're right, we should appoint Sam Allardyce.

Shouldn't we?

Why not?

I was actually implying that you were the Tactical Turtle in disguise.
Ah well, never mind, some fell on stony ground.

I absolutely could not agree more

If he stays, I will be furious. Not because I dislike him, not because I think he'll fuck up next year. It'll just mean another year of bullshit politics and sorry excuses for not getting anywhere. Sorry, I meant to type, "another year of waiting for Pep".

If he keeps with this 4123/4141 setup I'm fine with him staying.

I do worry tho that he will abandon it for 442 again after shelling out huge money on yet another striker.

His excuse all along has been 'look, we lost playing with only 1 striker' but switching to a 1 ST formation sporadically throughout the season like he has proved nothing. Teams, like players, need a run of games to settle. These last 5/6 games we have looked less exposed as the games have gone by and that's due to the formation, not, as some say, leaving Kompany out.
