Is Pellergrini a great coach .

Well when it comes to rotating the team - poor

Well when it comes to playing an elite team like Barcelona or Bayern Munich. when it matters - Poor

When it comes to playing at Anfield - Poor 100% record of losing .

So I wouldn't say he was a great coach .
If you mean uniting a team that was ripping apart under a previous manager - check

If you mean scoring a record number of goals in a season - check

If you mean winning a double in his first year - check

If you mean finishing second in the league while dealing with transfer and squad limitations- check

If you mean being 3 points from first, winning the champions league group of death and still being in all domestic cups while dealing with injuries to our three key players and many others, all while handling persistent rumors about a new coach coming in regardless of his performance - check

Real life is not football manager or fifa16. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but yours seems very narrow.

Highest points per game ratio of any serving Premier League manager. Best win percentage of any Real Madrid manager. Must be crap
As impressive as his one season in Madrid was, an unlucky one at that, win percentage in that context is a tad skewed.

His 75% is over 48 games, while Ancelotti's 74.79% is over 118 games and Mourinho's 71.91 over 178 games. Juande Ramos is top 10 in win percentage at Real.

If your happy fair enough .
Your easily pleased.
I expect a bit more from a manager that's had a lot to spend .

Hardly the group of death. Probably the easiest group we've ever had. Everybody was saying after the draw we had a reasonably favourable draw for once and expected to qualify comfortably and most expected us to top the group.

f you don't think that's a record to be happy with, then I'm sorry then I'm afraid your going to go through a lot of disappointment in life, maybe not in the next few years but there were will be years in the future when we don't match that. Would Chelsea fans have predicted this season, they would give their right arms to be where we are.

Don't remember one pundit or newspaper saying anything other than we had the hardest group of the English teams.

I think you're revisiting history if you think last season's finallists, the back to back EL winners and a Bundesliga top 4 team, were the easiest group we've ever had. The only tougher one was the year we got Madrid and Dortmund IMO.

So your happy when we lose to West Ham , Spurs , Liverpool , Stoke and Arsenal in the league .
Why are you going on about Chelsea .
What have they got to do with Manchester City .

No not happy when we lose, but I'll judge it over a season, unless of course we can bring in the manager that never loses or drops points, who is that manager ? If you don't mind me asking, I mentioned Chelsea because if you can't appreciate these good times if we ever get a season like theirs your going to be suicidal. Enjoy it, drink it in we've waited a long time and you never know what's around the corner.
