I just wonder myself do we really have any game plan for each game, or Pellers just pick 11 players, tell them to play positive football and just hope for the best.

We have no organisation when it comes to defending, team pressing and positioning.
Any team seems to be more organised than we are. Any goal we have scored lately comes just from indyvidual brilliance.

We can't continue to play like shit and hope for one of our stars to score spectacular....
Can't remember last time I felt confident playing anyone.... Everyone defend better, run faster and are better organised, we just have some moments of brilliance.

Pellers just has to go he is holding us back with the squad we have. I really don't care who takes his place, any manager who sees that Yaya can't run, Delph is not a winger, and who would not be scared to put Kelechi instead of Bony would be better right now.
 
Has brought in a new keeper, right back 3 centre backs and 3 holding midfielders to a team that had the best defensive record 3 years on the bounce and we have ended up with this?
 
A defensive change at 2-1 down!?! I know he's thinking put yaya further up, but the way he's played what's that going to achieve? No disrespect to fernando, but he isn't going to get a goal we need.
