Mangala was still absolutely all over the place and they could/should have scored another 3 in the second half too.

After the Villa game Pellegrini excuses his absurd decision not to bring Kalechi on for Bony by stating that he 'can't play as a lone striker'. So what does he go and do in the next game.. Yes, puts him on as a lone striker at home to Liverpool at 3-1.

He made a total tit of himself today and not starting Fernandinho/Otamendi was absolutely fucking criminal.

Even more absurdly, he didn't bring him on as a striker, he played him on the right and put Sterling in the middle. What a card.

I fear we really are jeopardizing our chances of winning the league by sticking with him this season. Chelsea are out of it, rags aren't anything and Arsenal are still a proper striker short of being a real team.
We need every player fit for the majority of the season if we are going to win it.

Can't help feeling we had "deprioritised" that game in favour of winning our CL Group. It'll be interesting to see what team we put out against Juve and how we go on. Wouldn't surprise me if we beat them. If we can get to the quarter finals, there's no reason why we can't go further with a bit of luck and still have enough to win the league.
