Yes, that's the idea of a manager. His job is to get the players he has playing well. Like he did in Seville, but unfortunately for him, and us, he doesn't do it often enough

You said he set it up wrong. How do you know what his instructions to the players were? Did they not carry out his instructions or was his team talk and tactics wrong?

What a ridiculous thing to say!
A manager, let's say at Everon does not have the resources of a team like City so to compare our finishes to others in the league is absurd. I also think finishing 2nd isn't good enough - we have the best squad, we should be first and I feel that he was at fault in a number of games last season

I will repeat that I am not an 'outer' but he needs to pull his finger out
