You've hit the nail on the head again. The cheap seats, where it's all "Barca Boys", replica tops and, dare I say it, Forza Mancinis. The sort who thought Cook was some sort of Messiah because he had a big rugby chin and drank pints and shouted down microphones.

Just to repeat, Txiki and Soriano don't get a free pass for their activities just because of their respective credibilities and CVs. They get judged on their results over a fair period of time. Soriano is clearly flying, and I get the feeling Txiki has already earned his corn in spades this window. Ferguson hit the nail on the head a few years ago when he said about transfers "if you get 2 out of 3 right you're doing well".

As for Txiki he had an amazing first window, a poor second though was hamstrung by our punishments but I have faith in him to deliver this summer, the names we are linked with are very promising and you can see a long term plan.

For me Fernando is a disaster. But Mangala looks to be a great buy. Fernandinho magnificent, Navas a poor 2nd season after an excellent 1st. Fairly good considering the constraints of FFP.

Txiki needs a good transfer window. If he fails this summer and City have as bad a season as we did last I can't see him surviving the next end-of-season review.
