If you really assess how he has done over the past few years, the failure is overwhelming. The money we have wasted, the timidity in the transfer market, the lack of competence in dealing with players and player transfers. It simply has been a horror show.

Damocles, some statements are value judgements - opinions, if you like. They can be more or less reasoned (definitely less in this case) but the language used ('the worst thing') means that they remain subjective.

On the other hand, saying he bought the double winning squad is a statement of historical fact, and is either correct or incorrect.
